All orders are refundable, so in case you received your order and you really don’t like it, all you have to do is to ship it back to us in the same package and we’ll refund you the full price of the mirror.

Please do not sign the shipping papers before checking and making sure that your order is in good condition.

In case you receive an order that is damaged these are your options:

1- Do not sign and send it back right away.
2- In some cases like Venetian mirrors it is easier to receive the mirror
    as damaged, and then call us and we’ll send you the replacement
    parts.
3- The same goes if the frame is O.K. but the mirror is broken. You can
    get the mirror replaced locally and send us the bill. We’ll refund you
    for the cost of the mirror replacement.
